Meet Our Team
Sharron Dalton, RN
SERENITY HOME FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
A registered nurse with 25 years of experience in hospitals and long term care facilities, Sharron founded Serenity Home to bring clinical excellence and heartfelt compassion together under one roof. After more than two decades working in hospitals and long term care facilities, Sharron saw firsthand what exceptional elder care looked like—and what was often missing in larger institutional settings. Having also cared for loved ones through serious illness, including terminal cancer, Sharron understands deeply the emotional and physical challenges families face when a loved one needs more support. That personal experience is the foundation of Serenity Home, a place built not just on clinical expertise but on empathy, compassion, and purpose. Serenity Home was created to be the kind of place she would want for her family-small, professional, and full of warmth.
