Residents can gather in our cozy home theater for movie nights, special events, and shared entertainment, creating meaningful moments together. Our peaceful outdoor patio offers a relaxing place to enjoy fresh air, unwind, and take in the beauty of nature. We offer a private bedroom for those who value extra personal space and privacy, as well as comfortable semi-private rooms that provide a welcoming balance of independence and companionship.

Personalized assisted living services for every level of care 

Serenity Home provides individualized support designed to meet each resident's unique needs. From medication management, housekeeping, and restaurant-style dining to personal care assistance and enhanced support services, our dedicated team is available 24 hours a day to ensure comfort, dignity, safety, and peace of mind in a warm, home-like setting.

  • We coordinate individualized care planning and ongoing support services to ensure residents receive the attention and resources they need for their overall health and well-being.

  • At Serenity Home, we believe emotional and social well-being are just as important as physical care. We provide engaging daily activities designed to encourage creativity, social connection, mental stimulation, and enjoyment. Not limited to Bingo, Connect 4, Memory cards, Playing cards, etc.

  • Our trained staff provides professional medication assistance to help residents safely and accurately manage prescribed medications while promoting independence whenever possible.

  • Residents receive three nutritious meals and two snacks daily, carefully prepared with dietary needs and preferences in mind. Our restaurant-style dining experience encourages social interaction while promoting healthy eating habits and overall wellness. Gluten free, vegetarian and diabetic diets considered.

  • Scheduled outings for shopping, entertainment, and local events allow residents to stay active, connected, and involved in the community. Clarence Senior Center (Monday-Friday 9a-4p) for extra charge per hour.

  • Our team provides transportation and assistance for medical appointments, helping residents safely attend healthcare visits with confidence and support. 

  • Our spacious and thoughtfully furnished resident rooms offer warm, comfortable environments designed to feel like home. Featuring single or double rooms, crafted beds with coordinated bedding, plush carpeting, and large windows that fill the space with natural light, our rooms provides both comfort and tranquility. Residents enjoy a cozy, inviting room that balances comfort, privacy, and classic style.

  • We welcome couples who wish to remain together while receiving supportive care. Our accommodations and care services allow loved ones to continue sharing life side by side in a caring community setting.

  • We proudly support veterans by assisting with access to benefits, specialized programs, and resources available to those who have served our country.  Arranging transportation to VA medical centers, coordinate care with VA doctors, including mental health professionals. Support therapies for conditions like post traumatic stress disorder or physical injuries.
